Welcome to the Student Housing and Dining Maintenance Service Request System also known as Fixit.

The purpose of this website is to allow students and staff to submit requests directly to maintenance staff. Please submit one request per problem. To enter your request please sign in using your UCSC username and password.

If you are have difficulties submitting a Fixit ticket or need assistance for a non-life threatening or urgent issue, please call 831-459-7043 M-F 8am to 5pm

For AFTER-HOURS maintenance emergencies that cannot wait until the next business day (ie: active flooding, water intrusion, entry doors not securing or opening), please call CAMPUS POLICE DISPATCH 459-4861
If this is a life threatening emergency, dial 911, IMMEDIATELY
